Chemical Sunscreen
What is Chemical Sunscreen?
It’s a UV light filter that can potentially mimic hormones. These products typically include a combination of two to six of the following active ingredients: oxybenzone, avobenzone, octisalate, octocrylene, homosalate and octinoxate.
What will it do?
It’s easily absorbed into the body and it can cause cellular damage and cancer. Chemical sunscreen can cause allergic skin reactions.
